Heirloom Tomato Salad
Simple and fresh ingredients don’t need much work to make them shine
Toss this together while the rest of your meal is in the oven/grill/resting
Ingredients
1-2 large heirloom tomatoes
Chopped herbs (pictured here is parsley and cilantro combo. I’d say cilantro is essential and then any other soft herbs you like that you have on hand.)
Salt
Instructions
Rinse your tomatoes and chop them into large chunks. Sprinkle with salt and roughly chopped herbs and stir them up to evenly distribute.
Let the flavors marinate and mingle for as long as you like, at least 10 minutes.
