Korean Style Sliders
Let’s spice up your burger Monday
An addictive variation on the classic slider
Ingredients

Patty
1 lb ground beef - with so much flavor going on in this patty, this would be a great opportunity to try a meatless option! Impossible Foods makes a great vegetarian burger meat.

2 tbsp gojuchang paste
1 finely diced jalapeño pepper
2 cloves garlic, smashed and diced
1 tbsp soy sauce
Assembly
Hawaiian slider rolls
1/2 peach, sliced
Arugula
Instructions
Mix all patty ingredients just until combined. Form into 8 equal sized meatballs then lightly pat them down. Press your finger into the center to create a small well in the patty.
Warm up a skillet with some neutral oil to medium+ and place patties down into the skillet, salting the outside of each before setting down. Then salt the top sides. After about 3-4 minutes, peek under and look for a crust. Flip patties and let go for another 2-3 minutes.
Pile patty onto warm Hawaiian roll and top with your favorite aioli, arugula, and sliced peach. Pictured served with homemade sweet potato fries.
